Follow the instustions below exactly:

1. Log out of Stardoll (Very important so you get the right video playing )

2. Press Ctrl+Shift+DEL ( same time) & a window will pop up, in the top box ‘time range to clear’ select ‘everything’ and then in the ‘details’ drop down box select all options) then click ‘clear now’

If you are using internet explorer go to ‘tools>delete browsing history’ and choose ‘delete all’

3. Change the manual proxy to one of those above!

5.Log in
