why does this keep happening???

Does anyone know why this keeps happening?? It always happens!!! Ive earned my 5 stardollars but its not coming up in the play and earn box!! i couldnt of earned my play and earn for this month!! Its only the start of march!!!! I tried playing and earning again but still not working!!! Can someone tell me why please!!!
